This superbly appointed ad immaculately presented  2 bedroom harbour fronted apartment enjoys the most spectacular harbour, coastal & sea views, taking in St Michaels’ Mount and the coast beyond.

Being situated in the sought after and historic area of Chapel Street., once home to Maria Branwell –mother to the Bronte sisters, Chapel Street is steeped in history with character and charm apparent in its architecture and arts culture.

The Egyptian House – a geological Museum built by Penzance Mineralogist Jon Lavin in 1836 is a must see, as is St Marys Church, a beautiful and inspiring piece of architecture, said to date back to the 13th century and later being extended in the 17th and 18th Century.

In short, Chapel Street offers historical buildings, a select choice of galleries, boutiques, antique & book shops, chic wine bars and a number of 'fine dining' restaurants’, most famously ‘The Abbey’, owned by the actress Jean Shrimpton from which Harbour view is just a stones throw away from.

A short walk from Chapel Street. is the main Market town of Penzance and will find you plenty of good Arts & crafts Galleries, shops, restaurants, pubs.

The Harbour, Promenade - with its large art deco open air swimming baths - and the seafront are a 2 minute walk away. Here you will find an array of water based activities from fishing trips, boat trips and diving opportunities to day trips by boat to the beautiful Isles of Scilly.

With numerous sandy beaches just a short drive in either direction,  Lands End, Sennen - famous for its superb surf and Porthcurnoe, home to the famous Minack theatre and a beautiful beach in one direction and Marazion, St Michaels Mount and sandy beaches,  St Ives, The Lizard and The Cathedral City of Truro in another, It is the ideal base to explore the West of Cornwall:

Larger groups / families:

Harbour View is situtated on the 2nd floor and Mount view is situated directly above it on the 3rd floor.
It may be possible to rent both apartments together for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together. – subject to availability – please ask for details.

A room with a view – warm and welcoming with a balcony leading from the patio doors
and enjoying spectacular and far reaching views of the harbour, sea and beyond.

Patio doors taking in the Harbour and sea views from the living area and leading out on to a small
balcony. 2 quality leather sofas, easy chair, large wooden coffee table, digital T.V with surround sound and
freeview, DVD player .

Dining Area:
Window and window seat to the side. Views out over the balcony towards the harbour. Large wood table with 4 matching chairs.

A modern, stylish and fully equipped kitchen with full mod cons: Oven / hob, microwave, fridge / freezer. dishwasher,
washing machine, toaster, blender, kettle and Caffetiere along with all necessary cooking equipment. Small table and chairs.

Bedroom 1:
Large double bedroom. Window to the front enjoying spectacular harbour, sea and coastal views which can also be enjoyed  from the bed - 2 bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, mirror and large walk in wardrobe

There is a small balcony to the front accessed via patio doors from the living / dining room.
Allocated private parking for one car just a short distance  away.
