Stunning two bed Art Deco seafront apartment have fabulous uninterrupted and panoramic views of the Promenade, the historic Jubilee bathing pool,  Mounts Bay taking in St Michaels’ Mount, the Lizard Point and across to the famous fishing village of Newlyn.

Captains Lookout, nestled within a terrace of charming seafront houses, has recently been sympathetically renovated and tastefully refurbished with a real ‘Wow’ factor, whilst maintaining and complementing its original art deco style from the original wooden flooring , fabulous orginal and fully restored cast iron radiators to its wonderful original bathroom whilst enjoying modern day luxuries of central heating and double glazing throughout.

Situated on the promenade and just a stone’s throw from the sea, it is the perfect location for families or those wishing to holiday with friends.

The apartment is set over two floors with outstanding panoramic views from both the top floor open plan living area that leads on to a superb spacious balcony enjoying all day sun and from the spacious master bedroom complete with free standing roll top bath positioned in such a way as to take full advantage of the views whilst maintaining privacy.
