Tree Tops is a lovely one bedroom garden flat situated in a pleasant residential area of Newlyn, being just a short walk to the harbour & seafront and offers immaculately presented accommodation, enjoying lovely far reaching sea, coastal and open countryside views.

The flat is ideally suited to 2 people (+babies welcome), however, there is a bed settee in the sitting room suitable for one person so could therefore accommodate up to 3 people if required.

A wonderful welcome tray consisting of a Cream Tea, bottle of wine, bottle of fresh water & fresh flowers awaits your arrival to help you relax and unwind.

Newlyn is a lively & traditional fishing port of great character and charm, situated just one mile from both Penzance & Mousehole – making a beautiful and scenic walk in both directions.

The colourful & bustling harbour, home to the well known ‘Penlee Lifeboat’,  boasts one of the largest shipping fleets in England and offers several fish markets selling fresh locally caught fish & seafood daily.

Steeped in history and world known for its huge artist community producing some of the finest Artists’ both past & present, Newlyn has numerous art galleries and is home to the famous ‘Newlyn School of Art’ and ‘Newlyn Art Gallery’.

With a lovely pebbled beach that stretches for over a mile, sat beside a large green that takes you on to the Promenade in to Penzance and to the famous open air Lido, Newlyn is a perfect all season’s location.
It is particularly magical at Christmas with its famous Christmas light display that attracts visitors from miles around to enjoy the views and atmosphere.

The village offers a large range of amenities to include a butcher, baker, post office, several fish markets, supermarket and an array of art galleries, cafes, restaurants’ & pubs.

It has a regular local bus service, a taxi rank and is on the main Penwith cycle path leading, in different directions, to both Mousehole & Marazion and beyond.

Newlyn is an ideal base to explore the West of Cornwall: with Lands End, Sennen (white sandy beach with superb surf!) and Porthcurnnoe, home to the famous Minack theatre and a beautiful beach in one direction and Marazion, St Ives, The Lizard and The Cathedral City of Truro in another.

The flat, part of a larger property, offers immaculately presented, bright and comfortable accommodation, with a private separate entrance from the garden.  
An open plan living area leads to a separate spacious bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Tastefully furnished with the comfort of guests in mind from the colourful art work displayed on the walls, rugs and cushions scattered throughout, a bookcase shelving an assortment of books and games for your enjoyment during your stay.

The fully equipped modern kitchen offers ample work space, oven & hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and iron & ironing board.

To the side of the kitchen area is a dining table & two chairs with further built in seating.

The lounge area has a large two seater sofa, T.V with digi box, DVD player and CD / Stereo.

Views are enjoyed from the French doors that lead from the living area out on to the lovely sunny terrace and immaculately maintained gardens that are shared with the owners.

A lovely light, bright and spacious room with two windows, one of which looks out on to the terrace & gardens, enjoying distant sea, coastal and open country side views.

Please note – there are a number of steps leading to the flat, therefore it may not be suitable for those with mobility problems.

The property is centrally heated throughout.
The rental is inclusive of all utilities, bedding, bed linen and towels.

Please note
, Beach towels are not provided so we would therefore request you supply your own.
A travel cot & highchair are available, free of charge, on request – please provide your own bedding & bed linen for the cot.

  • Changeovers are Saturday to Saturday.
  • Short breaks welcome subject to availability and time of year.
  • The property will be ready from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Tariff Details - 2011

Rentals are inclusive of all utilities, bedding, bed linen & towels and are based on 2 people only staying (+ baby)-

An additional £75 per week is payable for more than 2 persons staying and /or those requiring the bedding/bed linen for the bed settee**  Please note, only suitable for one extra person
