Kitchen / Dining room – A room that’s at the real heart of the cottage, warm, inviting and full of character. Large farmhouse table and chairs, ornamental Cornish range, slate flooring and open beamed ceilings. Offers full mod cons:

Bedroom 1 – Large double bedroom with feature fire place and wooden mantel surround. Wooden floors, 2 windows looking onto the garden and surrounding countryside. Cast iron double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – Smaller room with twin beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floors and window looking out to the rear of the property onto the surrounding countryside.

Bathroom – Spacious bathroom with corner bath and shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and mosaic flooring.

To the front of the cottage there is a large sunny garden with patio decking area. Garden furniture and a BBQ are supplied.

To the rear there is a very small courtyard (accessed from the stable door in the kitchen) with a washing line and bordered by a small stream.

**Please note: The rear courtyard is not fenced off and is bordered by a small stream, it is therefore requested that children are not given access to the rear courtyard**

The property does not have private parking, however, there is on street parking to the front of the property or alternatively, there are 2 car parks within the centre of Mousehole village.
