We offer a professional, friendly service on an 'advertising and bookings only’ basis. The cleaning, maintenance, changeovers etc. will remain in your control.**

Cornish Retreats can work directly with and alongside these companies to ensure a smooth and hassle free holiday letting experience for yourself and your guests.
We will maintain contact with the customer from the initial enquiry, to confirming reservations, collecting security deposits and payments through to returning deposits, sorting out any cancellations etc.

Advertising
We will:

Take professional photos for the advertising. |

|
Ensure a professional and accurate property description. |
|
|
Provide a detailed and informative description of the area in which your property is situated. |
|
|
Provide a suggested tariff for the rental periods. |
|
|
Provide your property with a complete webpage on a website with proven outstanding booking results and guaranteed excellent results within internet search engines. |
|
|
Provide a webpage within the Cornish Retreats website. |
Bookings
We will:
|
|
Ensure a prompt response to all booking enquiries by return email or telephone call and because we are a home based company, we are available day and evening. |
|
|
Take reservations, send written confirmations and request all payments and security deposits. |
|
|
Inform you immediately of each confirmed booking (either via email or telephone - whichever you prefer) and send you booking details and payment within 7 days of receipt. |
|
|
Liaise with your housekeeper / cleaning company (if applicable) to ensure that they remain fully informed at all times of bookings / changeovers |
|
|
Ensure customers have necessary information regarding your property i.e. booking conditions, directions etc. |
|
|
Return all security deposits to customer. |
|
|
Monitor response, customer feedback and general change in tourism trends to ensure accurate descriptions and advertising campaigns are maintained. |
Fees
|
|
15% commission charged per booking. |
|
|
£250 annual advertising fee. |
|
|
£75 one off start up fee. |
