Once downloaded, please fill in the form and return it to us at Cornish Retreats. Please note the following conditions:

* A 50% deposit + £15.00 booking fee is required to secure the
booking. This payment is due on confirmation of the booking if
paying by debit / credit card or within 5 working days of booking if
paying by cheque or bank transfer. If you are an overseas visitor,
please let us know so that we can allow longer.
* Email or
written confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of payment.
* The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
*A Security Deposit of £50 will be charged on all properties
payable when the
remaining balance is due. This deposit will be returned in full
within 14 days of departure provided no loss, breakage or damage has
incurred, and the property is left in a clean and tidy condition
(see point 10 in the terms and conditions).
* Please note
that the date the balance is due will be written on your
confirmation, a reminder will not be sent. If we do not receive the
balance by the date required it will be treated as a cancellation:

* Any bank charges / credit card
charges due to payment method or incomplete payment due to currency
exchange rate are payable by the hirer.
*All names of people
in the booking must be clearly stated on the booking form. The
number of people staying must not exceed the maximum the property
sleeps. If the booking party alters, please contact Cornish Retreats
so that records can be updated. In the instance that the number of
people staying exceeds the allowed amount and / or they are not
listed on the booking form, additional costs will be incurred and
they may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
PLEASE
NOTE: All special offers / discounts are date specific as indicated
with the ** on each property’s' rental tariff. Offers for 2 people
or less are for ONE bedroom only being used. Offers for 3/4 people
or less are for TWO bedrooms only being used. The tariffs listed for
the one bedroom properties are based on 2 people or less sharing the
bedroom, for more than two people and/or those requiring the bedding
/ bed linen for a bed settee (where available) a further charge per
week, as listed on each individual property description, will become
applicable.
* If you are booking a last minute deal, payment
in full is required.
* The rental is inclusive of bedding,
bed linen and all utilities (electric etc) unless otherwise stated
on the property description
* Towels are not provided unless
stated in the specific property description. You must always provide
your own beach towels.
* The property will be ready for your
arrival from 3pm and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

Commercial credit cards are charged at 2.5% - please specify if paying by a commercial credit card.
